During the discovery phase, Jeff becomes entrenched with the critical stakeholders to complete a comprehensive assessment of the current state of your business, existing product lines and market position. He will also discuss and ensure that the strategy will align to corporate strategic goals. This phase forms the foundation of the growth strategy.

This phase delivers a near team and a mid term growth strategy. The near term growth strategy will help your business realize revenue gains in 0-18 mos by refining the value proposition and improving sales strategies for existing products. Throughout this phase, Jeff coaches the team on how to solicit insights into the customer’s high value problems. These customer insights inform the product roadmap which is the foundation of the mid term growth strategy (18+mos). 
In the roll out phase, Jeff works with the core team to understand organizational best practices for adoption. This is essential to ensure a customized approach to launching these strategies successfully across all functions and levels of your business. As a result, everyone in your company will have clarity and feel empowered to make the right decisions in their daily work to drive the growth strategies.
During the implementation phase, Jeff provides ongoing support for executing the growth strategy. This is the differentiator between HebbTek and other consultants; Jeff will ensure the successful adoption of the growth strategies, while also coaching the teams on how to manage the execution of the strategy on an ongoing basis.
